TAF learned of a little poodle mix who had been thrown over a balcony when he wouldn’t stop barking. His arm and his leg were broken, and he needed emergency surgery or would need to be euthanized. This poor dog whimpered in pain and we couldn’t let him go. After two surgeries and months of rehab, Hiccup found his forever home with two other little dogs and mom who dotes on him!
