Found running on a busy highway in Chicago, Edna was held at a local pound in case her owners came looking for her. They didn’t, and we knew no one would come for this senior girl. With the help of PRC, Edna was taken straight to the vet when it was obvious she was suffering from pneumonia. She was immediately hospitalized and it took almost 10 days for her to get healthy enough to leave the hospital. She is currently living in a foster home with an autistic child who LOVES her.
