Look at Chili in her cage...she sat there for months and months even though she was young, cute and friendly. Finally, one day TAF offered to cover her medical bills if someone would take her out and give her a chance....and PRC answered our request yet again.
Chili was skinny, suffering from parasites and needed to be spayed so TAF covered all of her medical care while PRC fattened her up...and about 6 weeks later she was adopted by her great parents!
